KB 5×5 circuit beginner

Push up – jump through – dead clean –  press on the left – press on the left –  reverse lunge right and left. Repeat this 5 times without rest then take 2min break and repeat for 5 rounds.

Crow pose with leg thrusters

Jump into crow pose, hold it for a second, thrust your legs out and repeat. Needless to say, make sure you can do the basic crow pose to start with. Have fun !
