
Basically, where I come in when it comes to conditioning, is right at the bottom. The foundation of every athlete is physical preparedness. If that bottom slab is shaky it won’t matter how technically brilliant and mentally tough you maybe, you are not going to beat your opponent if he or she is stronger, faster, more powerful and has more endurance.
