TRAINING PROGRAMS

I provide a range of programs to suit anyone at any level of fitness. During your initial assessment  I will determine, based on your goals and abilities, which program or combination of programs will best suit you.

The right program for you

Most people want to lose fat and build muscle. Several things have to happen for you to get results. First of all you have to have a goal. Once we know what your goal is I will put a plan together. This will consist of the right nutrition and an exercise schedule. The training may include metabolic circuits, strength training, muscle building, flexibility, dynamic mobility, internal (chi kung) exercises.

Your goal may also be sport specific i.e. you are already lean and strong and simply want to get faster, stronger, more powerful and so on. Obviously, your training will be very different to someone who is a beginner whose athletic history consists of sitting in front of a computer over the last 20 years. You may chose from the following programs or combination of:

Fat Loss

Everyone knows that in order to lose that pesky lard you have to get yourself into a caloric deficit, i.e. expend more energy then what you put in your mouth. Sounds pretty easy, right? Well, if it was we’d all be lean.

Muscle and Strength

Body builders train their bodies as a collection of body parts which is great for posing but is of little use in every day life or on the athletic field.

Martial Arts Conditioning

Tailor made programs for martial artists whether you are new to martial arts, are in training for your black belt, or preparing for an upcoming tournament.

Sports Specific Conditioning

The foundation of every athlete is physical preparedness.
