2 Week rapid fat loss challenge

As I told you in a previous email several students took up the 2 week fat loss challenge. Werner, an old timer in this, has done this for the fourth time in the last 12 months. Now think about this for a minute – that is 2 weeks each 3 months that you put yourself through the program. Clearly anyone can do this, yet most don’t. Obviously,  fat loss is not a priority else they would just do it. It is not just about the ‘look’ we all want to look good, it is about health. You owe it to yourself and you owe it to your family.


Here is the bottom line:
August 2011 Werner weighed just under 100kg (not a good look) body fat of 30%, metabolic age – God only knows (the scales go only up to 50), visceral fat 12kg (this is the start of the danger zone)

August 2012 reached his target weight of 83 kg, (very good look), body fat 21%, metabolic age 39, visceral fat 7kg !

Are we done yet ? NO ! All men need to be below 20% BF. Ideally in the mid teens – at this level you should have the definition to clearly see all your muscles. Single digits BF levels are simply not sustainable long term unless you are a some kind of a crazed ‘tough mudder’ who trains 24/7.

Again, well done my friend and I know you are up to the next challenge I am going to throw at you.
