Elevated renegade rows
If you are getting bored with your renegade rows, challenge yourself by doing an elevated version – declined renegade rows. This becomes an exercise where lot of dynamic tension is required.
How to do it
1) Place your feet on an elevated box(bench) and get into a push up position on two kettlebells you are able to row without twisting. Tighten everything!
2) Do a push up, row one bell, do another push up and row the other one
3) If you are still up there, repeat !
