COST OF PROGRAMS


Fees are based on training at the studio. On-site rates are negotiable depending on distance travelled and frequency of training.

Fees shown are for one on one PT sessions and are pre-paid in advance.  


Casual rate - $65.00 per 1 hr session
Pre-pay 5 sessions - $300.00 (I mean it)
Pre-pay 10 sessions - $550.00 (I really mean it)


Cancellation fees – it is required to give at least 24 hours notice else full session fee will be applied. However, we encourage you to arrange a make up session instead at no penalty.

Group training

$25 per student per sessions. Approximately 4  students per group. Group training is limited to cardio kickboxing, body weight circuits and  kettlebell training. Fees are prepaid in advance and are not refundable.

Partner training

$35 per student per session. 3 students $30 per person. Fees are paid in advance, alternate bookings are necessary if you cancel on short notice.

On-line training 
$100.00 for initial phone consultation which includes the 1st month program and nutrition plan. After that $65.00 per  month

If you are located in Sydney and are able to come to the studio for consult and to learn the program it is $65 per session/s and $35 for 1 month program.  It is recommended to change your program each month.
