 TRAINING PROGRAMS

                                                                                  We provide a range of programs to suit anyone at any level of fitness. During your initial assessment we will determine, based on your goals and abilities, which program or combination of programs will best suit you.

                                                                                  Metabolic Surge
                                                                                  Currently 3 of my students are trying out this pilot program. Nutrion and training are precisely timed and cycled causing a surge in your metabolic rate.

                                                                                  Kettlebells
                                                                                  The ultimate workout for both cardiovascular fitness and strength

                                                                                  Sandbags
                                                                                  Perfect compliment to the kettlebell workout.  Increase your grip and core strength.

                                                                                  Static Contraction
                                                                                  Explosive Fitness for muscle development and strength. Don't like spending long hours in the gym then this training is for you. Train once a week or less.

                                                                                  Sport specific program for martial artists

                                                                                  • Joint mobility / stretching - lubricate your joints for action. Get flexible with contract / relax technique 
                                                                                  • Body weight circuit - develop relative strength using your own body weight
