ON-LINE TRAINING Get your own on-line personal trainer for less then the cost of a cup of coffee a day. Programs are built according to your goals, current fitness level, the type of equipment you have access to and how much time you have to train.
What you get 1) Unlimited phone / email consultation 2) New program every 4-6 weeks depending on individual needs and frequency of training 3) Detail explanation of each exercise with video clips 4) Spreadsheet to track your progress 5) Unique system of training – do more every time you train. I will show you how. That’s the only way to grow.
You will need to maintain a training journal that I will review each week. The programs are structured in a way that will motivate you to improve each time you train !
Cost – AU $52 per month (US$40). Note – you need at least 3 months to get some serious results (although we are confident that already in one month you will see and feel the difference). Payments are monthly via PayPal so you can use your credit card. You will receive an invoice each month.
